I am behind...(as usual) with art here...(10,000,000 apologies) But now I am even more behind as I have even less time than usual for art...Personal, self-motivated art...other than my studies and projects. They will be done and I've now planned out something to discipline myself to just get everything, school, chores, and people's pictures....all DONE.

I need to, they've been waiting, ever so patiently. Somethings can wait, while other things can't. But know this...I am working on them. Dark, you're will probably be the first done since it's the one I am almost finished with. What order am I going in? Well whatever is fastest but they'll be done and I will probably never do this many at a time again since I am a freakin' perfectionist when it comes to coloring...(another reason it takes me some time).

sorry for being so absent; it's not just on DA that I am not on much anymore, it's the Internet in general. It's been busy for me, either in just trying to get by with life's daily shit, or it's projects and work.

Anyway, I am fully aware of these hackers getting into people's DA's accounts and know it's from a link that apparently says "click Here". If you see this, DON'T CLICK IT! I know I won't, hehe. Good to know everyone's looking out for each other as I first saw one journal from and thought maybe it was something to pay attention to. I knew it WAS indeed something to pay attention to when I saw even more reports of it after that. So yeah, passing it on I am, just as everyone is. Hahahaha, seems people get mad over the plight of a cartoon character in a drawing. Lol, ok so it seemed directed at someone, but are there not tons of Polly fans out there? So what does one care if a picture of her is up where she's not having a good time necessarily.

It was basically a drawing of a cartoon character from Samurai Pizza Cats. She's in the middle of getting "lazered" by the famous or maybe "infamous" charging mah lazer gag, of course, the mouth of this lazer was on the face of Jinva. Ooh, how horrible. LOL! I guess some people just don't know that Polly isn't real O__o?
She don't belong to anyone else but her creator and whoever put her out into a show so yeah, seriously, if you're gonna let a picture like that freak you out, damn. It's like me getting upset over a flaming picture of Sonic the Hedgehog or Billy from Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy. It'd be pointless, hahaha. So yeah, if you're one of those who don't like your favorite cartoon character being beat up on just because you think lazering them is "offensive" haha --- > You're funny

And of course, like a sick loyal puppy, DA deleted it...lol but they can't save our artwork from thieves all over the Internet, just on here, lol. Sad. :3

And no worries, this'll be the last of my random angry/amused/"wow-people-are-dumb" journals. I just thought this was pretty funny...in a sad way. Seems nothing can be done on DA anymore despite that is has "deviant" in the name.

Okay, once again I am being informed by people who know me that they see my art elsewhere other than on here. No it's not a surprise to me, and really can anything be done considering it's the internet? I DUNNO, but I am SICK and fucking tired of hearing about it without knowing by who or where! But I am also sick of having this Copyright law that Deviantart holds up and YET IT NEVER SEEMS TO EVEN WORK. I put on Watermarks like a bitch making my artwork seem so unviewable as I want it to be, but I'm trying to protect it. Yet it seems I shoulda figured since it's the damn Internet!

But seriously I ask, is art not sacred anymore? No, I guess not it's just commercialized without regard for the artist, fuck we put it on here make a few bucks if we charge or from prints but then get screwed over anyway as someone takes what we put hard work into and we get nothing. Not even recognition in most cases as the credit is taken from us and from who? People who just take it and puts it up on there Myspace for RP or cuz a "new age" furry wants a "cool" fursona and can't simply ask for a drawing or do it themselves. And ok there's a lot of DA drawings on Photobucket, but luckily I put mine on private and yet STILL I hear of my art being put around on measly sites like 4chan or Myspace or even others' Photobucket.

And ok, ok, I'm sure we've all taken a picture from somewhere, like Photobucket or Google Images and are not sure where it came from or maybe we ARE and think of DA, but does one ever stop or just rethink it, I dunno, I'm just tired of this. I don't care if some of my miscellaneous works are taken, but my one personal character I DO so I may as well just not put his drawings on here anymore, at least not after the requests I got going. Cuz I'm tired of people thinking him and his world are up for grabs to just mold for themselves.

I really only ask that someone asks me for a picture really, to take or to be made, that's all, but I guess not everyone knows simple courtesy. That and I have heard horrific tales of how some media art students put their ideas on here only to have some fuckhead steal them and get them published first. Oh bravo, what wonderful creatures we've become, yeah, survival of the fittest my ass. Survival's one thing, being fucking greedy and lazy to make use of a talent is another.

Crap, well now that I've ranted I am more determined to get my artwork, mainly of Jinva and the world I have made for him as well as other characters, copyrighted legally to me in written documents. Because obviously online copyright laws are almost second to none at least on here. =__=
